1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sacha Pyar mobile application or website (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
To use Sacha Pyar, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of or have a valid connection to Pakistan
- Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law
- Not have been previously banned from the Platform for violations of these Terms
- Be a single individual seeking a genuine relationship or marriage — the Platform is not for those who are currently married (unless legally separated or divorced)
By creating an account, you confirm that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.
3. Your Account
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and current information about yourself
- Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with anyone
- Notify us immediately at support@sachapyar.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Maintain only one active account — multiple accounts are not permitted
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your profile and messages will be removed within 30 days.
4. Acceptable Use
Sacha Pyar is a platform for singles in Pakistan to find meaningful, serious relationships leading to marriage. You agree to use the Platform only for this intended purpose and to:
- Represent yourself honestly in your profile, photos, and conversations
- Treat all other members with dignity, respect, and kindness
- Use the Platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws of Pakistan
- Report any profiles or behaviour that appear suspicious or violate these Terms
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Platform to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile or messages
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Harass, threaten, stalk, bully, or intimidate any other member
- Send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or promotional content
- Share explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content
- Solicit money, financial information, or gifts from other members
- Attempt to circumvent or manipulate our matching algorithm
- Scrape, data-mine, or extract user data from the Platform
- Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the Platform
- Engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or overload our systems
6. Content & Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform (photos, bio, messages). By uploading content, you grant Sacha Pyar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
Our content: All intellectual property on the Platform — including our brand, logo, design, software, and text — is owned by Sacha Pyar Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
7. Premium Services
Sacha Pyar offers optional paid subscription plans ("Premium") that unlock additional features. By purchasing a Premium plan:
- You authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable Pakistani consumer protection law
- Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice
8. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, life partner, or any particular outcome from using Sacha Pyar. We are not responsible for the conduct of any member, whether online or offline.
While we verify profiles and moderate the Platform, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided by other members. You are responsible for exercising your own judgement when interacting with other users.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, Sacha Pyar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any applicable law. You may also voluntarily delete your account at any time.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
