Sacha Pyar is a community of singles across Pakistan who are serious about finding a life partner. We are united by our respect for each other, our commitment to honesty, and our shared values around family, faith, and meaningful relationships.
Every member deserves to feel safe, respected, and hopeful on this platform. These guidelines exist to protect that experience for everyone — and to ensure Sacha Pyar remains a place where genuine connections can flourish.
2. Be Authentic
Authenticity is the foundation of every meaningful relationship. On Sacha Pyar, we ask that you:
- Use your real name, accurate age, and genuine photos in your profile
- Upload only recent photos that clearly show your face — no filters that significantly alter your appearance
- Provide accurate information about your education, profession, and background
- Be honest about your intentions — this platform is for those genuinely seeking marriage
- Do not create profiles on behalf of someone else without their knowledge
Misrepresentation of any kind — however small — erodes trust and wastes the time of other members who deserve honesty.
3. Be Respectful
Every member on this platform is someone's son, daughter, sibling, or parent. Treat every person with the same respect you would expect in return.
- Communicate with kindness and courtesy, even when you are not interested in a match
- Respect different opinions, backgrounds, sects, and provinces
- If you are not interested in someone, simply decline politely — ghosting or mocking someone is not acceptable
- Respect the pace at which others are comfortable proceeding in a conversation
- Do not make assumptions or judge members based on their appearance, location, or background
4. Protect Your Privacy
Protecting your own privacy — and the privacy of others — is everyone's responsibility:
- Do not share your personal contact details (phone number, address, social media handles) until you feel ready and trust the other person
- Do not share screenshots or content from private conversations with others
- Do not post photos of other members without their explicit consent
- Be cautious about how much personal or financial information you share early in a conversation
- Use our in-app calling feature rather than sharing your personal number until you are comfortable
5. No Harassment
Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated on Sacha Pyar. This includes:
- Sending unwanted, repeated, or aggressive messages after someone has not responded or has asked you to stop
- Making threatening, intimidating, or abusive remarks
- Sending unsolicited explicit or inappropriate content
- Making remarks that demean someone's religion, sect, ethnicity, province, or family background
- Attempting to contact a member through other channels after being blocked on the Platform
- Any form of cyberstalking, doxxing, or online intimidation
6. No Inappropriate Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Sacha Pyar:
- Nudity, explicit imagery, or sexually suggestive photos — in profiles, messages, or anywhere on the Platform
- Content that promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
- Hate speech targeting any religion, sect, ethnicity, gender, or community
- Content that sexualises or endangers minors in any way
- Images or videos taken without the subject's consent
7. No Spam or Scams
Sacha Pyar is a platform for genuine connections — not commerce or deception. The following are not allowed:
- Soliciting money, gifts, loans, or financial assistance from other members
- Promoting products, services, businesses, or external websites
- Creating fake profiles or impersonating celebrities, public figures, or other members
- Using the Platform for any form of pyramid scheme, multi-level marketing, or investment opportunity
- Coordinating with others to mass-report or sabotage member profiles
8. Rishta Mode Conduct
Our Rishta Mode allows family members to participate in the matchmaking process. If you or your family are using this feature:
- Family members must conduct themselves with the same respect and courtesy expected of all members
- Family access should only be granted to trusted individuals — parents, siblings, or guardians
- The primary member (the person seeking a match) must always remain in control of their profile and decisions
- Family members must not pressure, harass, or contact other members directly without the member's permission
- Information shared in Rishta Mode must not be distributed outside the Platform
9. Reporting & Moderation
We rely on our community to help keep Sacha Pyar safe. If you encounter behaviour that violates these guidelines:
- Use the "Report" button on any profile or message — it takes less than 30 seconds
- You can block any member at any time from their profile page — they will not be notified
- For urgent safety concerns, email us directly at safety@sachapyar.com
- All reports are treated confidentially — the reported member will not know who reported them
Our moderation team reviews every report, typically within 2 hours for urgent safety matters and 24 hours for other reports.
10. Consequences
Violations of these guidelines may result in the following actions, depending on the severity:
- Warning: A formal notice for minor or first-time violations
- Content removal: Removal of offending messages, photos, or profile information
- Temporary suspension: Restricted access to the Platform for a defined period
- Permanent ban: Immediate and irreversible removal from the Platform
- Legal action: In cases of criminal activity, threats, or fraud, we will cooperate fully with Pakistani law enforcement
We reserve the right to take any of the above actions at our sole discretion. We do not offer refunds for accounts suspended due to guideline violations.
